Privacy statement Sqippa bv

1. Collection and use of personal data of customers, suppliers and other relations.
As a one-stop-shop for wireless property management, we only do business with companies (B2B). Please note that we only collect and use those personal data that are strictly necessary for good business with our suppliers, customers and other relations. These personal data are: the name, first names, position, business visit and/or delivery address; business e-mail address and business telephone numbers, as transferred to us by you. Other personal data, which are not directly necessary for proper business dealings between your company and ours, are not included in our business records. Similarly, if you are a potential customer of ours, we will only use the personal data mentioned above to the extent they have been disclosed by your company or via LinkedIn.
You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any or sufficient personal data, we may not be able to carry out certain activities - which are in keeping with good business practice.

2. Passing on to third parties
In connection with the performance of any agreement with you, we may have to provide your personal data to parties that supply us with parts, materials and products or that perform work on our behalf. Furthermore, we use external server space to store (parts of) our sales and purchase administration, of which your personal data are a part. Your personal data are provided to our server space provider for this reason. Furthermore, we use Microsoft Office and its storage facilities for e-mails and other files. Finally, because we use a newsletter mailing service, your personal data will be passed on to the provider of this service.

3. Retention period personal data
We store business personal data in an ERP system that is maintained and cleaned periodically. In doing so, we adhere to the legally required retention period of 7 years for tax purposes.

4. Your rights
You have the right to ask us to view your own personal data. You can ask us to supplement your business personal data or amend inaccuracies. You have the right to ask for your personal data to be erased or the use of your personal data to be restricted. You can object to our collection and use of your data or lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Authority. Finally, you can request us to obtain your personal data or transfer it to another person. To exercise your rights, please contact our KAM officer
